This year, we had engineering as our elective and one of our projects was called the ‘Engineering Hat’ project. For this project, each person was assigned a different type of engineering job and had to collect information about this job. Then you had to take all of the information and present it on a hat and pretend that you are the engineer. I was assigned food engineering, which is someone who helps improve and develop new ways to produce, manufacture, and transport food all over the world.
